The DTE iLED MAX Dental Curing Light (Woodpecker) is a modern, high-performance cordless curing lamp designed for fast, efficient, and reliable polymerization of light-cured dental materials. This upgraded model features a larger polymerization surface, a more concentrated light source, and a durable metal head, ensuring superior clinical performance.

With a maximum light output of 2300 mW/cm², the iLED MAX enables polymerization of composite materials to a depth of 2 mm in just 1 second, significantly reducing chair time. The enlarged 10 mm curing surface and focused beam technology provide uniform energy distribution, making the device particularly suitable for orthodontic brackets, porcelain veneers, and core build-up adhesives.

The curing light operates within a wide emission wavelength range of 385–515 nm, including an additional violet band. This allows effective curing of materials containing modern photoinitiators such as TPO, reducing the risk of incomplete polymerization and material failure. After modernization, the LED spectrum was upgraded from blue to blue-violet light, enabling polymerization of virtually all dental light-cured materials.

Thanks to its unique light-focusing technology, the iLED MAX achieves a 55.87% light angle, delivering more concentrated energy and higher curing efficiency. The device is fully cordless and features two operating modes: standard mode with reduced power and a high-power mode with 3-second curing cycles, allowing flexible adaptation to clinical needs.

The ergonomic design includes a 360° rotating head, programmable working time, and a powerful 1400 mAh lithium-ion battery, ensuring long operating time and user comfort. The DTE iLED MAX is a reliable solution for modern restorative, orthodontic, prosthetic, and aesthetic dental procedures.
